Jack has a rare combination in the software development word of technical talent, and human skills. Often in engineering we value the “rockstars” that can bang out code like there’s no tomorrow but at the sacrifice of the ability to mentor, collaborate, and demonstrate empathy. Jack has both halves of the coin which is increasingly hard to find and makes him a critical part of an effective development team. Anyone out there is lucky to have him and the full package he brings to the table.
